How to Order – Quick Help Guide

To Buy Now –

  1. Select products using Buy Now Buttons along with checkboxes where provided for the Individual items and quantity required boxes if provided. (quantities can be changed at the checkout).
  2. When happy with all items selected – proceed to Checkout to pay by Secure Payment as provided by Barclays Bank PLC
  3. Print your Order and await email confirmation.

For Starter Packs with stock passes and accessories – we will send confirmation of your order and request the full Company Name, Address and Postcode to comply with our licensing of product.

For Personalised CheckPoînt● Visitor and Contractor Products, we will send confirmation of your order and request the full Company Name, Address and Postcode to comply with licensing of products. Also – we will require the following:

Staff List – For CPVSP / CPVBM / CPVMA codes (excel format preferred or other csv format)

Tenant Company List – For CPVBM and CPVMA (excel format preferred or other csv format)

High Risk Areas – for CheckPoînt● Contractor/Permit Manager (excel format preferred or other csv format)

Fire Evacuation Assembly Point – For personalised passes

Corporate Logo / Font Style / Pantone or RGB Colour Ref (jpg, bmp, preferred)

Secure Safety Systems will email a proof of Pass Design, which will need to be approved in writing prior to printing.

Upon acceptance of proofs – Goods will be despatched within 14 days.
