For Starter Packs with stock passes and accessories – we will send confirmation of your order and request the full Company Name, Address and Postcode to comply with our licensing of product.
For Personalised CheckPoînt● Visitor and Contractor Products, we will send confirmation of your order and request the full Company Name, Address and Postcode to comply with licensing of products. Also – we will require the following:
Staff List – For CPVSP / CPVBM / CPVMA codes (excel format preferred or other csv format)
Tenant Company List – For CPVBM and CPVMA (excel format preferred or other csv format)
High Risk Areas – for CheckPoînt● Contractor/Permit Manager (excel format preferred or other csv format)
Fire Evacuation Assembly Point – For personalised passes
Corporate Logo / Font Style / Pantone or RGB Colour Ref (jpg, bmp, preferred)
Secure Safety Systems will email a proof of Pass Design, which will need to be approved in writing prior to printing.
Upon acceptance of proofs – Goods will be despatched within 14 days.
