CheckPoînt● Events Manager is the ideal compliment to create a warm and friendly yet professional welcome to all visitors, guests, VIP's, Media, Sponsors, Organisers of any Event, whether it be within the Sports, Entertainment or Corporate Hospitality environments.
Wherever your event takes place or even frequent events at different places, CheckPoînt● Events Manager can be easily customised by yourselves to represent your organisation and venue by simply changing a design layout (featured inside the program) to give all invitees a personalised pass naming venue, event, date and time duration plus the Health and Safety relevant to the particular venue, plus allows you to add any necessary rules and procedures or various Access Areas with absolute ease. The licence for CheckPoînt● Events Manager is based around the organisation and cannot be changed, yet the venue and event taking place can be changed and prepared ahead of a timed event.
Included within the program is the Photo Manager which allows you to have photo's of participants, competitors or anyone who has their own personal guest allowance to show at a glance which visitors are with whom. This saves the need to the disposable wristbands and allows you to plan your events in advance. The access areas can be added into the program easily to allow for your Green Room, Media Access areas etc. Passes can be prepared ahead of the event and ready printed or you may wish to print on the day of arrival of guests. Simply click Onsite, Offsite, Booked to arrive or Checked Out and the Fire Register for all your personnel is accurate in the event of emergency.
As this program operates with a multi event licence - the price is just £3995 + vat and includes 3000 passes which can be used as 1 event or split over 2 or even 3 events and we can split printing for correct Emergency Procedures for the different venues. Included as well are 200 Pass Wallets and Clips. Alternatively, you may wish to issue Photo ID Cards to your Personnel, Competitors or Organisers - please see our reasonable prices under our ID Cards section - we can add a barcode to each Photo ID Card and allow to integrate with CheckPoînt● Events Manager to allow for scanning the arrival of your own personnel.
