CheckPoînt● Contractor and Permit Manager - Gives a double system in 1. First it will give the company the chance to use their existing work permits, method statements etc within the program and to be able to update/complete the permits or change where necessary. The system allows for other users, so should a High Risk work area need to be signed off, locked off or be monitored then another authorised user can see immediately who is carrying out the work, if any extra notes have been added, that the contractors are competent to carry out the necessary works and a whole host of other important issues. As well as this, it includes the Visitor and Contractor Signing in program and the Contractor Passes can be matched with the Work Permits too, so the pass and permit can be cross checked at any time. It also gives the team of contractors more visibility if working in more than 1 area of your building.

Should you wish to operate this same system across multiple sites and countries, then CheckPoînt● Contractor and Permit Manager Web Hosted version will be more suitable for your needs. Any site can be pre fixed with a building or country code for all work permits, to make it easier for reporting systems inhouse.
