When Companies consider changing their current systems – it is always good to look around the market place and see what is available and of course to see that the price is competitive but still gives you as many features and functions as you will need.

Currently, we have options for trialling of the following systems.
CheckPoînt● ID Manager – whereby the system will give you the flexibility to issue passes for visitors, contractors, etc but will also integrate with ID Card systems. (There are a great many ID Card Access Based systems and also companies that run a separate Signing In Book or System – we aim with CheckPoînt● ID Manager to incorporate the both together, so if a contractor has been issued with a Magnetic swipe, or proximity card to work with an existing access system, then we can add detail and code to our program to operate as all in one, so he will then be on the Fire Register along with the Visitors to the building.
We have released CheckPoînt● Permit Manager for sale, but any company wishing to help trial it is welcomed as we are always looking to improve upon the current version and be up to date with the slight changes from company to company.
CheckPoînt● Events Manager is still in the design stage at the moment, so if you are a company that hosts corporate or sporting events, then you may be interested in trialling this brand new program.
It will allow your Green Rooms, Media and Press Rooms, Sponsors, Competitors, Organisers to be able to easily manage the guest without the need for those wristbands, or for people to misuse the guest lists with uninvited people. It also will give the health and safety and various rules and procedures to those guests and give you control of who is in and out of the venue. There is also Photo Manager within the program to ensure the guests can be identified as to who has invited them.
With any trialling company – we will take notice of changes you may wish to see that would be beneficial to your own use.
Of course, there is another major advantage – the product will be charged at a price to reflect the testing process.
