SECURE SAFETY SYSTEMS LIMITED
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Definitions: The “Company” is Secure Safety Systems Limited whose registered office is at
215 Upminster Road South, Rainham, Essex RM13 9BB. Company Registration Number: 06240501
The “client” is the company, organisation or individual that places an order with/and or is liable for invoice by Secure Safety Systems Limited.
- The company shall only be liable to the client for any damages to the extent that it results
from the negligence of the company up to a maximum of the fees paid by the client as
Detailed in the paid invoice.
- The company retains the right to withdraw any product or service at any time. In this event
the company will make all reasonable attempts to offer the client a suitable alternative
whether from the company, an agent of the company or a third party.
- Payment is to be made to the company in British Pounds Sterling unless by prior written
consent from the company.
The company will invoice to the client.
Payment is strictly 7 days from the date of invoice, or 30 days from date of invoice –
should a 30 day account be accepted and approved by Secure Safety Systems Ltd or
unless by prior written agreement from Secure Safety Systems Ltd.
Late payment by the client may be subject to a monthly interest charge of 2%.
- No refunds are payable to the client unless the company is unable to supply the required
product or service or find a suitable alternative.
- Any information about the company or its directors and staff must not be given to any other
person without written consent from the company.
- Neither the company nor its employees or agents will divulge any information about the
client other than for marketing or promotional purposes to any other person without written
consent from the client except under any legal requirement.
- The company reserves the right to withdraw or postpone without refund any contract,
product or service with the client in the event of any pending or current criminal proceedings
against the client, non attendance of pre-arranged meetings without reasonable prior written
notice, comments of a slanderous nature or anything whatsoever, that is viewed by the
company to be detrimental to the company’s good reputation at any time.
- The company will retain copyright over materials produced by the company on the clients’
behalf and advertising and promotional material in whatever media shall remain the
property of the company.
- Any Client, Distributor or Agent or other third party representing Secure Safety Systems Ltd,
must comply fully with all terms and conditions as laid out in this contract and ensure that all
measures can be taken to retain a non disclosure of all artistic licence and technical
information directly linked to the software products from being imitated or copied by any
other competitive company, group or individual.
- All goods and materials remain the property of the company until invoices are paid in full,
subject to “The Sale of Goods Act 1979” or any amendments.
- Neither the company nor the client shall incur any liability to the other in the event of delay
or prevention of their obligations which is caused by national emergency war prohibitive
government regulation or any other cause beyond their control.
