Goods will only be exchanged or refunded if returned in the same condition as they have arrived. This does not apply to any personalised software, for which there is no refund. All software is thoroughly tested and checked before being despatched.
Should a software product arrive in a damaged state, then photographic evidence will need to be produced and proof of delivery acceptance shown and a duplicate product will be organised to be sent out.
Our licensing of software is strictly for the company it is being purchased for and as such there will be a licence code unique to that product which will accompany any and all software. The licensing terms will be included within the program software and must be adhered to.
